Family-style dining at Jarrett House is an all-you-can-enjoy experience where approximately ten traditional dishes are served to the table for everyone to share. Our team continually replenishes each item throughout your meal, creating a relaxed, communal dining experience that encourages gathering, conversation, and lingering around the table together.
Walk-ins are always welcome. For parties of eight or more, we encourage calling ahead so our team can prepare for your arrival. While advance notice helps us accommodate larger groups as efficiently as possible, immediate seating cannot be guaranteed. Upon arrival, all guests are added to our digital waitlist and will receive a text notification when their table is ready.

Absolutely. Jarrett House has welcomed families for generations, and guests of all ages are invited to gather around the table and enjoy our warm, family-style dining experience. Children ages 12 and under receive reduced pricing, and children under 4 eat free.
While our main dining room is designed for guests of every age, Coach's offers a slightly more relaxed, adult-oriented atmosphere for those looking to enjoy a drink or unwind, though families and children are always welcome there as well.
We encourage guests to notify their server of any dietary restrictions or food allergies, and our staff will do their best to accommodate whenever possible. Because many of our dishes are prepared using traditional recipes, some modifications may be limited, and individual ingredients generally cannot be removed from prepared items. Guests with severe food allergies, particularly fish allergies, should make their server aware upon arrival so we can take the appropriate precautions. While nuts are used very sparingly and only in occasional seasonal offerings, we encourage anyone with food allergies to speak with our team before ordering.
Our core family-style menu remains consistent from day to day, featuring the traditional Southern favorites guests have enjoyed for generations. From time to time, we also offer seasonal specialties and featured dishes that highlight fresh ingredients and regional flavors. We encourage guests to ask their server about the day's featured offerings during their visit.
Our courtyard is a welcoming gathering space designed to be enjoyed throughout the day. When weather and staffing allow, guests may dine outdoors while enjoying the charm of the historic property. Overnight guests are also invited to relax in the courtyard with morning coffee, unwind fireside in the evening, or enjoy a glass of wine, cold beer, or available beverage service when offered. Throughout the year, the courtyard also serves as a beautiful setting for live music, private events, wedding ceremonies, and seasonal gatherings. We encourage guests to inquire upon arrival about courtyard dining, beverage service, and any scheduled events during their visit.
Coach’s Bar offers a full selection of beverages, while the main dining room offers a limited selection of beer and wine. Beer, wine, and other beverage options may also be available in the courtyard when outdoor or satellite bar service is offered. Availability may vary, so guests are encouraged to ask our team about current beverage service during their visit.
